Personal Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in technical consulting/user support
- Two-year college degree and two or more years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly, professionally, and with attention to detail, and with a solid focus on client service.
- Demonstrated technical expertise & passion for support of Windows and Macintosh operating systems and a variety of software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems related to software, hardware, and networking
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and work well within a team environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and under strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- May be required to drive a vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sitting, using a telephone, grasping lightly/fine manipulation, bending, lifting, standing, and carrying equipment.
- Occasionally lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 21-40 pounds.
- Rarely kneel/crawl, climb (ladders, scaffolds, or other), writing by hand, sort/file paperwork or parts, grasp forcefully.

Working Conditions:
- CRC hours are 7 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday.
