MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess subject matter expertise on talent development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to establish a strong partnership with the human resources partners and other members of the management team.
- Expertise and experience developing and implementing effective talent development solutions, including career development, learning and development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships amongst multiple diverse stakeholders.
- Strong program/project management skills and experience.
- Ability to build the confidence of others through open communication and respectful behavior.
- Ability to connect with customers, partners, suppliers, and colleagues across functions to achieve significant results.
- Ability to positively influence others by gaining consensus through factual information and cooperation from others to accomplish common goals
Certifications and Licenses:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently stand/walk, sit, perform desk based computer tasks, use a telephone, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulders, grasp forcefully, writing by hand, sort/file paperwork, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Rarely kneel/crawl, operate foot and/or hand controls.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Travel on campus to schools/units.
