MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- A successful Stable Hand will be responsible, ethical, take direction well, and work well with others. A basic working knowledge of stables operations and prior experience working closely with horses are also required. A qualified applicant will also be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Fluent English and/or computer literacy is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
- Constantly stand, walk, twist/bend/stoop/squat, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
- Occasionally lift/carry/push/pull that weigh up to 60 pounds.
- Must be free of equine related allergies.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Position may spend time standing, walking, lifting, twisting, turning, shoveling, lifting, climbing, throwing, and squatting
- Position often spends time outdoors, in all weather and conditions (which may include dust, rain, mold, and hay)
- Work requires daily interaction with horses

The expected pay range for this position is $21.15 to $25.00 per hour.
