To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree and ten years of relevant experience in talent analytics, management and development, employee engagement, change management, and project management. 

 

  • Demonstrated ability to establish a strong partnership with senior human resources partners and other members of the management team.
  • Establish and manage a strong customer orientation based on understanding of client needs, active listening to their requirements, and regularly soliciting feedback to enhance the relationship.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate vision and strategy and execute a functional plan/roadmap.
  • Competent in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and proven success at getting the right things done.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, and self-confidence.
  • Strong influencing capability; able to skillfully influence peers, colleagues, and vendors to promote and sell ideas; ability to build broad-based relationships across the organization.
