MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent client and end-user experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Ability to apply information technology best practices, including security (this includes information security or physical security, such as asset management) to problem and resolution troubleshooting
- Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow
- Experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database driven applications
- Listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain good customer relations with clients and external vendors and partners

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sitting, using a telephone, grasping lightly/fine manipulation, bending, lifting, standing, and carrying equipment.
- Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
- Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10-20 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Mobile Services hours are 7am-5pm (PST) Monday through Friday.
- Hybrid workplace: onsite Stanford Redwood City location and remote
