Minimum requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
We’re looking for candidates with deep expertise in:
- Experience leading, motivating, and supervising or mentoring a group of project managers in a client services team.
- Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations.
- Experience leading complex digital projects and technical teams in an agency environment.
- Understanding and explaining the strengths and differences between agile, scrum, kanban, and waterfall methodologies and when to employ one method over another.
- Expert-level use of tracking and reporting systems, including JIRA, Smartsheet or similar.
- Exceptional and effective written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
Other abilities include:
- Understanding of relevant technical knowledge and problem resolution.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a diverse environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Highly desired: for IT domain, Certified Scrum Master or Project Management Professional (PMP), completion of a certificate program, or certification in process.
Physical Requirements
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
- Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
