Immediate opening for a full-time Legal Project Manager in the Office of the General Counsel at Stanford University to assist attorneys representing the university and healthcare entities. This position will report to the Deputy General Counsel and Managing Attorney. Joining our administration team in the Office of General Counsel, you’ll enable operations essential to the university's mission. You’ll provide a full range of legal administrative and operational support to the Office of the General Counsel, including monitoring workflow and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
OGC works primarily onsite on the Stanford campus. There is the possibility of working from home one day a week. There may be the need for evening or weekend work.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal preferred
- Paralegal certificate from ABA approved program preferred
- Notary certification
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficient knowledge of the federal and state rules of civil procedure and evidence
- Ability to prioritize and to work with minimal supervision
- Multitask effectively
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sitting.
- Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone, writing by hand.
- Rarely kneel/crawl, twist/bend/stoop/squat, sort/file paperwork or parts.

The expected pay range for this position is $66,560 to $107,000 per annum.
