The primary qualification for this position is significant experience and demonstrated expertise in investor-side review and negotiation of investment fund agreements.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment with internal and external contacts at all levels.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues associated with investment-related activities.

Excellence in academic credentials, judgment, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Relationship builder with proven track record of providing the highest quality client service.

Highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Qualified individuals will be a member of the California State Bar or able to become one promptly.
Physical Requirements:
