EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with LEAN / Process Improvement methods.
- Certification in Project Management or Human Resources.
- Experience with human resources programs and processes.
- Experience successfully managing program/project plans to deliver on time and within budget.
- Experience managing programs with multiple program sponsors.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sit, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally use a telephone.
- Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
