To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Prior experience in a professional academic setting
- Advanced Excel modeling skills for developing complex financial analyses and decision support models.
- Experience with current Stanford financial systems (i.e., Oracle, OBI, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with business intelligence tools for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of personnel management, including proposing efforts for and training and hiring of students, post-doctoral scholars, academic appointments, regular and contingent staff, and consultants, along with the circumstances appropriate for each type of position.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including scholars, industry leaders, students and staff.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills including conflict resolution and staff development experience.
- Strong negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, strong EQ and expertise in group dynamics. Successful track record of establishing credibility and trust with a diverse client group.
- Ability to build the confidence of others through open communication and respectful behavior.
- Excellent facilitation, oral and written communication skills; ability to prepare clear and concise reports and deliver formal presentations.
