Minimum & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience, experience in a higher education setting preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Google Apps.
- Experience using Salesforce desired, but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills suitable for reaching audiences ranging from students to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills to review and analyze complex financial and student data.
- Excellent Leadership abilities to guide teams in implementing strategic initiatives effectively.
- Strong understanding of the state and federal laws and regulations that govern disability accommodations in higher education.
- Proficient knowledge of essential technological needs and requirements.
Working Conditions:
- This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days of onsite work per week to meet student and departmental needs.
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
The expected pay range for this position is $121,000 to $136,000 per annum.
