Minimum requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferably in a higher education setting
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising student employees
- Experience with exam proctoring and test administration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with online document storage solutions and Database Management Systems (e.g., AIM, Salesforce, Peoplesoft)
- Knowledge of FERPA, ADA, Section 504, and other relevant disability-related legislation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with creative thinking ability
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines under pressure
- Understanding of hiring requirements and financial transactions
- Willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
Working Conditions:
- This is a hybrid position which requires 4-5 days of onsite work per week with occasional remote days
- Primary work hours are 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM to support evening testing center operations
- Additional hours may be scheduled as needed during peak examination periods
- Weekend availability is seldom needed
Physical Requirements*:
- Frequently sit, perform desk-based computer tasks
- Occasionally stand, walk, twist, use fine manipulation, grasp, use a telephone, write by hand, sort and file paperwork, lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds

The expected pay range for this position is $80,905 - $82,000 per annum.
