Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field and eight (8) years of increasingly technical work experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience with network, telecom and/or business information systems.
  • 5+ years experience in a Director or senior leadership role managing a technical service management and delivery team.
  • 5+ years experience with network, telecom and/or business information systems.
  • Knowledge of current industry issues and experience with developing solutions that drive business impact and include technology enablement.
  • Demonstrative experience with stakeholder relationship management and presence.
  • Achieved results in a constantly evolving environment, through influence and communication at the most senior levels in an organization.
  • Proven focus on building and handling key stakeholder relationships to help drive greater client satisfaction and business alignment.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technology and business processes through the development of strong relationships between multiple and distributed functional and technical groups.
  • Achieved operational excellence in service delivery execution and management.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and senior partners concurrently, by deploying consulting methodology and project management.
  • Track and report the performance of service delivery and operations by collecting and monitoring metrics and ensuring that performance aligns with defined business targets or SLAs. Observe trends that could inform opportunities for process improvement.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience defining, evaluating, delivering, and supporting technology solutions.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for the delivery and support of voice services.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
