Class Scheduling Specialist (Fixed-Term)

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree and two relevant years of experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and management.
• Basic analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer service skills.
• Relevant computer systems/technology experience.
• Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.

In addition, our preferred requirements include:

• Two years of experience scheduling courses, classes and/or events.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, 25Live, Remedy/Service Now (or similar systems).

Working Conditions:

• The university requires all staff to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination prior to their start date, unless granted a medical or religious accommodation.
• This position is designated as hybrid, working onsite a minimum of 1 day per week. This may increase to 2 days per week over the course of the term appointment.
