Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training, and relevant experience. An advanced degree is required (Juris Doctor highly preferred).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to develop program partnerships.
• Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization.
• Ability to oversee and direct staff.

Helpful information you should know:

• Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer terminal.
• May be required to travel to other buildings on the campus.
• Will need to talk on the phone or videoconference with clients, mentors, etc.
• Work on evenings or weekends may be required.

You can succeed in this role by having:

• Education and interest in Dispute Resolution (e.g., recent experience in negotiation and other conflict resolution courses preferred)
• Demonstrated understanding of how a university operates and makes decisions
• A positive and professional approach to all constituencies
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Strong PC and Mac skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Google Apps; willingness to learn and master new software
• The ability to work independently and complete projects accurately and on time with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to thrive in a multi-task, fast-paced environment, including working in a team-centered manner
• Ability to prioritize and delegate with minimal supervision
• Experience with developing inclusive opportunities for students with a wide range of background and experiences

The expected pay range for this position is $68,640 to $80,765.85 per annum.Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position.
