QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required and three to five years collegiate or professional volleyball (indoor or beach) coaching and/or playing experience required.

- Interpersonal Confidence – Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in dealing with student-athletes, peers, and the general public; creates and builds positive and productive relationships. Manage collaborative and positive relationships with support services, such as sports medicine/athletic training, sports performance, compliance services, and academic/student services.
- Adaptability – Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends an circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh/different perspectives; learns from situations and adjusts accordingly for future.
- Managing People and Processes – Strong abilities to organize people, projects, and processes. Provide constructive feedback with goal of professional and personal development.
- Computer literacy with common office applications as well as appropriate use of social media required.
- Physical Demands - This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

This position, along with all DAPER coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of Stanford’s intercollegiate athletics program and for the reputation of Stanford University. The expected pay range for this position is $66,700 per annum.
