MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree, and research or administrative experience in a corporate or academic setting strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications. This includes being able to use the advanced format features and complex mathematical functions in Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and assign work to others.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Must have or be willing to promptly acquire, knowledge of computer-based research programs such as Lexis or Westlaw. Will be expected to gain working knowledge of Stanford systems, including Oracle, if not already proficient.

The expected pay range for this position is $39.46 to $44.30 per hour.
