The YogaX program is an innovative initiative within Stanford Psychiatry that integrates yoga, neuroscience, and psychology to bring evidence-informed yoga practices into healthcare and community settings. YogaX operates across educational, clinical, and research domains, delivering programs through in-person, virtual, and asynchronous formats, and engaging a diverse network of faculty, healthcare professionals, trainees, and external partners. We are dedicated to inviting as many people as possible into the practice – especially those who have not typically been drawn to it because of perceived and real barriers to access. We teach integrated, holistic yoga that models accessibility and honors diversity and individuality.

  • Monitor and optimize program workflows and systems, including program registration, communications, scheduling, and digital learning platforms, ensuring efficient and consistent program delivery across multiple concurrent offerings.
  • Serve as a primary operational contact for students, faculty, and external stakeholders, resolving issues, providing guidance on program processes, and ensuring a high-quality participant experience.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with program priorities.
  • Collect and manage program data related to program registration, module enrollment and student progress tracking; generate reports, interpret trends, and develop recommendations to improve program operations and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program procedures and operational strategies in collaboration with program leadership.
