MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Deep understanding of web development tools such as REST, JSON, and XML.
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Perl, Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Extensive hands-on experience supporting systems in 24 x 7 enterprise environments.
- Desire to leverage a variety of technologies to create solutions for complex problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of security trends and best practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience with installation and configuration of API and messaging platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of object oriented programming is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly seated, perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone, writing by hand, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
