Wellness Program Specialist

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
• Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and assign work to others.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
• Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions.

In addition, preferred requirements include:

• Experience working with a wellness program or organization.
• Demonstrated experience in public speaking and presentation.
• Bilingual desired, English/Spanish speaking.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining confidentiality and effectively handling highly sensitive and personal information with sound judgment, tact and discretion.
• Ability to interact with diverse constituencies.
• Basic analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google drive and Google docs integration, MS Office products, database applications and case management systems.
• Understanding of financial transactions.
• General understanding and application of a growth mindset.  
• Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and/or federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

The expected pay range for this position is $31.73 to $40.38 per hour.
