To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience in well-being benefit programs or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in health promotion.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Office products and database applications.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment routinely and independently in making decisions.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant subject matter knowledge.
- Ability to direct the work of others, for jobs requiring supervision.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and/or federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to constantly perform desk-based computer tasks; frequently sitting; occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, use a telephone, writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds; rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
