Minimum requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with web applications and server products.
- Proven success record with developing and managing websites.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and related analyses and reporting.
- Solid understanding of web and accessibility standards, usability methods and guidelines.
- Expert knowledge of content management systems, including the ability to perform standard configuration, and experience developing for web content management systems, specifically Drupal.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and related web site development technologies and software.
- Solid knowledge of web authoring and publishing tools.
- Knowledge of multimedia software used for crafting and editing images, video content, and experience with associated storage and delivery methods.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Ability to educate contributors and stakeholders on best web practices.
