Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.

- Highly skilled in web content strategy, writing for the web, and page building.
- Demonstrated website management skills and the ability to work effectively with decision-makers across many levels of an organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Strong sense of accountability for one’s work.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset.
- Excellent project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to influence others and drive cross-functional groups toward a common goal.
- Experience with analytics and behavior tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Site Improve, and Lucky Orange.
- Demonstrated problem solver with the ability to find solutions to stakeholders’ challenges through effective content delivery.
- Experience working with:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Drupal
- HTML 5/CSS
- Google Analytics
- Google Data Studio
- Lucky Orange
- Desired familiarity with Figma, Google Workplace, Kapost, Site Improve, and Prezi.

- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sit, use a telephone, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, speaking.
- Occasionally grasp forcefully, writing by hand.

Working Conditions
- Occasional work on evenings and weekends.
- This is a hybrid working environment and requires some in-person office days each week, and using Zoom video conferencing
