DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Highly organized and creative.

• Ability to design marketing materials using Adobe InDesign

Knowledge of content management systems, such Drupal, including the ability to perform standard installations and configurations.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

  • Good customer service skills and ability to explain technical features to non-technical customers/clients.
  • Clear understanding of web standards and usability methods.
  • Demonstrated proficiency building applications in a web development framework.
  • Understanding of systems integration and various web devices and environments.
  • Ability to design and implement web services. Familiar with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Knowledge of website delivery best practices.
  • Firm understanding of web technologies and applications, including social networking, social media tools, and current communication trends.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and oral communication skills with proven ability to present, write, edit, and organize thoughts in a clear, concise, and well-organized manner.
  • Thorough command of the English language and grammar.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and strong communities; customer focus.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to deal with a variety of personalities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
  • Frequently sitting.
  • Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
  • Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
  • Strong visual acuity.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Hybrid position; required to be in-office two days per week.
