To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and independently complete complex tasks based on team goals and priorities.
- Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and sound judgement when addressing policy questions and fellowship inquiries, seeking input from the team as needed.
- Ability to interact and successfully collaborate with students, staff, faculty, and relevant university partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro.
- Ability to frequently perform desk-based computer tasks as well as occasionally stand, walk, twist, use fine manipulation, grasp, use a telephone, write by hand, sort and file paperwork, and lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Knowledge of systems such as FileMaker Pro, Drupal, eResources, PeopleSoft, and MailChimp.
- Knowledge of graduate student funding policies and practices.
