To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience, required.
- Fluency with basic desktop applications including databases, word processing, spreadsheets
- Advanced communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate with students, faculty, and staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review and analyze complex information.
- Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.

In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Advanced degree
- 3-5 years experience in academic advising and coordinating academic programs in a highly selective research university with a diverse population of students
- 3-5 years experience in academic advising in the context of NCAA regulations and/or experience as a student-athlete
- Experience or knowledge of the post baccalaureate experience, i.e., conducting independent research, participating in faculty research labs, or writing a thesis
About the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE)
