To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or biomedical field and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong professional interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills.
- Strong technical training and analytical skills sufficient to gain a rapid understanding of new cutting-edge technologies.
- Ability to learn how to influence and negotiate with internal constituencies and external business partners.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including working with a team to develop and then implement patenting and licensing strategies.
- Ability to rapidly grow in knowledge and learn to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment and decision making, including in the context of only having access to limited or incomplete information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large volume and prioritize a variety of tasks and demands.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn applicable business-related systems.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- An advanced degree such as M.S., Ph.D. or MBA.
