MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Highly-developed interviewing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws applicable to the hiring of employees, including affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements.
- In-depth experience with web-based systems and recruiting sources, including the internet, social media, warm/cold calling, referrals, events, networking, publications, industry groups/associations, and job fairs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
We are open to a hybrid work arrangement (a combination of onsite and work from home). The TA Program Manager will be expected to work onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesday of each week. The number of days may occasionally fluctuate subject to business need, but the expectation is that this position will be onsite a minimum of 2 days/week. The onsite work location is Stanford Redwood City Campus, 505 Broadway, Redwood City, California but travel to the Stanford main campus to meet with individuals in schools/units will be required at times.
