To be successful in this position, you will bring:
2+ years of experience working in a role where there is a high volume of scheduling and providing a high level of customer service
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially with MS Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of individuals, internal and external to Stanford
Organized, efficient and ability to prioritize
Enjoy keeping track of people and proven ability to handle a high volume of information
