To be successful in the position, you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external partners.
- Excellent organization, and an eye to detail-- both in managing projects and processes, and in written communication.
- Basic analysis and problem solving skills.
- Relevant computer systems/technology experience, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Relevant computer systems/technology experience.
- Understanding of financial transactions.
- Ability to learn and understand compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
- Ability to direct the work of others, for jobs requiring supervision.
Please note: The Summer Session Office is located at the Stanford Campus in Redwood City. Work during the Summer Quarter may be on Stanford’s main campus. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, staff are temporarily employing hybrid work models as we slowly return to a regular office work model.
