Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Work experience in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, statistics, or engineering.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
● Excellent organizational leadership, planning, and change management skills
● Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, and political acumen skills. Able to influence people, solve problems, troubleshoot, think creatively, and resolve conflicts.
● Strong project management skills and ability to understand and apply the software development lifecycle.
● Ability to work with little or no direction in environments resistant to change or unable to change quickly
● Extensive background and experience with report and analysis design.
● Demonstrated ability to review business processes and translate into BI reporting and analysis solutions.
● Strong, demonstrated, ability to work across multiple, distributed, siloed, functional groups.
● Extensive experience in data analysis and root cause analysis and proven problem solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
● Strong written and oral communication skills; proven presentation experience and comfort with senior management audiences and effective facilitation skills with diverse groups.
● Proven ability to Influence change/innovation initiatives at all levels, with the ability to interact at the most senior levels of the organization.
● Demonstrated ability with enterprise application and database driven applications.
● Substantial experience with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.
● Skilled in multi-technologies in Business Intelligence (BI) and should be able to contribute to all phases of a project.
● Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes and workflow.
● In-depth knowledge of and ability using MS Office; analytical and business intelligence programs such as OBIEE, business objects, Informatica, Tableau, Matlab, SAS, R, SPSS etc.
● Advanced ability to effectively facilitate training sessions, one on one, or with a group across all constituencies.
● Experience with the application of User Interface and User Experience best practices.
● Ability to prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
● Frequently perform desk-based computer tasks, seated work, and use light/ fine grasping.
● Occasionally lift, carry, push pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
● Rarely stand, walk, use a telephone and write by hand.
Working Conditions
● May work extended or non-standard hours based on project or business needs. Occasional local and overnight travel required.

● This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days onsite.

The expected pay range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000 per annum.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
