To be successful, you will bring:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in theater and event production such as stage management, backline, lighting, video, and general venue operations.
- Strong events planning, project management, administrative and organizational abilities required. Communicate with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and always maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Google Suite required. Drafting ability in Vectorworks and/or AutoCAD highly desirable.
- Broad knowledge and interest in performing arts preferred.
- General proficiency in all major areas of concert production
- Knowledge of job-related health/safety issues and ability to identify potential hazards. Read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
- Ability to work at heights, around moving machinery, and with exposure to noise, vibration, dust, and drafts within an OSHA compliant environment.
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. for short distances.

Certifications and Licenses:
- Valid California Non-commercial Driver's License.
