Required Qualifications:  
  • PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics or research-related program
  • 5+ years of experience performing data analysis in research analyses and visualization work in a healthcare research or clinical setting required
  • Fluency in SQL, Python and R
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently, and to exercise independent judgment in developing solutions to complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with common data models like i2b2 or OMOP
  • Experience with ontologies, terminologies, UMLS, or Semantic Web
  • Familiarity with Cloud computing paradigm
  • Knowledge of regulatory and data privacy issues
  • Experience working in academic and/or research environments
  • Mentorship and teaching skills
