Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Current knowledge of latest software and design standards.
- Ability to define and solve logical problems for technical applications.
- Knowledge of and ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods.
- Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and/or operations procedures.
- Basic knowledge of software engineering principles.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programming tools.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
- Understanding of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Understanding of all aspects of software development life cycle and quality control practices.

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients.
- Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods.

Relevant Work Experience:
- Experience with Java and any other of the following is a must (SQL, HTML programming, JavaScript) for a minimum of 2 years
- Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite or Fusion Cloud Application, such as HR, Inventory, OE, GL, AP, AR or PO on is a plus.
- Experience with Structure programming related to SQL is a plus (like Oracle PL/SQL)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
- Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
