MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience: 

Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Current knowledge of latest software and design standards. 
  • Ability to define and solve logical problems for technical applications.
  • Knowledge of and ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods.
  • Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and/or operations procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering principles.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one programming language.

 

Desired/Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience developing in at least one of these: Python, Ruby, or a JavaScript framework like Node.js, AngularJS, React, or Vue.js with strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, design, and architecture.
  • Familiarity with API development and web service infrastructure (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience with a CRM platform like Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM business processes like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Account Management, and Case Management. 
  • Ability to manage/prioritize multiple demands from a user base that spans multiple departments.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills—especially related to articulating technical specifications to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to select a technology tool, system, or approach for a given project given scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams on projects using Agile methodologies including Scrum.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
  • Occasionally stand/walk, writing by hand.
  • Rarely use a telephone, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds
