Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in biological sciences preferably related to biology of skin, muscle, blood.
  • Minimum of five years of research laboratory experience following completion of PhD.
  • Proficiency with cell culture, cellular and molecular biology techniques, and animal models.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.
  • Experience in supervising or mentoring junior lab members.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
  • Names of  3 references should be provided. 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong publication record in high impact journals.
  • Proficiency with microscopy and high-dimensional flow cytometry (8+ colors).

 

About the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology: 
Our mission is to provide sustained leadership in scientific investigation, outstanding patient care, and education by training the future leaders of our specialty. Our faculty is committed to the highest level of basic and clinical research in Obstetric & Gynecologic science. In particular, we are focused on innovative translational medicine; bringing scientific results from the bench to the bedside.
