MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in business, political science, economics, or law strongly preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Constant use of a telephone, text.
- Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
