MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years of job-related experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of governmental regulations.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills; demonstrated proficiency in Excel and web-based tools.
- Strong accounting skills; knowledge of accounting principles.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Cardinal Curriculum I and II must be completed to remain in this position.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with many stakeholders, including researchers of all career levels, executive leadership, government employees and federal civil servants, vendors, and external partners.
- Experience with complex budget preparation for government or non-profit agencies.
- Highly-skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; must be comfortable with pivot tables and charts, and able to envision new ways to structure information.
- High level of discretion and good judgment, independent motivation and initiative, integrity, trustworthiness, diplomacy, respect, flexibility, and team collaboration.
- Must be able to work independently and communicate professionally with external parties including funding sponsors, GLAM leadership, and collaborators from other institutions.
- Must have excellent time management, computer, and communications skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work additional hours, as determined by project deadlines and in discussion with the Associate Director.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly, use fine manipulation and perform desk-based computer tasks, lift, carry, push and pull objects weighing up to ten pounds.
- Occasionally stand, walk, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, write by hand and sort and file paperwork or parts.
- Rarely lift, carry, push and pull objects weighing 11-20 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This position will be considered for hybrid work with an expectation of at least 2 days per week onsite.

The expected pay range for this position is $81,000 to $89,000 per annum.
