Qualifications:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, targeted communications and editorial strategies tailored for different audiences and channels.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic communications programs that enhance an organization’s brand and reputation globally.
• Experience leading innovative and successful digital media programs and using analytics to inform decision making.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships and to successfully motivate and lead a strong, quick-moving team of content producers and communication professionals.
• Skilled at making quick, strategy-based decisions within a highly dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
• Proven ability to achieve an organization's vision, values and programs through marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging integrated marketing strategies to achieve goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively, diplomatically, honestly, and sensitively with all levels of management and staff, across multiple organizations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Proven people manager, with the ability to motivate, grow and train staff across functions.
• Prior experience in planning and managing department budget.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
• Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
• Frequently stand/walk, sit, use a telephone, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, speaking.
• Occasionally grasp forcefully, writing by hand.
