Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience or combination of education and relevant experience are required. 6+ years of overall Salesforce development experience along with 2+ years of experience in leading other Salesforce developers in a team setting.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programming tools.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications.
- Strong understanding of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of software development lifecycle and quality control practices.
- Ability to define and solve logical problems for highly technical applications.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients.
- Demonstrated experience leading activities on structured team development projects.
- Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods.
- Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and/or operations procedures.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive experience using development tools and techniques such as APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, Communities, Custom Development, Process Builder, Approval Process, Data Security model, Triggers, Visualforce, Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Dynamic forms, and others.
- Extensive experience using Salesforce’s standard development tooling such as CLI, Data Loader, VS Code, and Salesforce Extensions.
- Experience leading implementations for multiple Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Force.com, and third-party AppExchange solutions.
- Experience working on large-scale implementations of CRM solutions.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
- Nice to have experience with ETL and Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, SnapLogic).
- Experience with environment management, data management, release management, source control, code coverage, and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and product owners.
- Experience working with on Salesforce EDA data model is preferred.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Must have Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certification.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Educational Cloud, and Experience Cloud certifications are nice to have.
Physical Requirements*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally stand/walk, writing by hand.
- Rarely use a telephone, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.

The expected pay range for this position is $139,000 – 185,000 per annum.
