To be successful in this position, you will
bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years
relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in
management of projects of moderate size/complexity with limited performance
risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting, or a
combination of education and experience.
- Polished written and oral communication skills to address a
wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to productively contribute to cross-functional
teams.
- Depth of knowledge in administrative support needed to
deliver projects.
- Demonstrated project management ability to employ
integration, scope time management, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk,
and procurement components.
In addition, our preferred requirements
include:
- Deep understanding of the research process and project cycle
from initiation to closure.
- Experience in working with staff or faculty in the academic
setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in working with research data and the ability to
clean, format, and manage datasets.
