To be successful in this position you will bring:
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, statistics or engineering
• Superior analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Substantial experience with analytical programs.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload.

In addition, preferred requirements include:
• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in education, sociology, epidemiology, statistics, STEM education or other social science disciplines preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with experience. Expertise in program evaluation desired.
• Knowledge and applied experience of program evaluation, including the production of formative and summative evaluation reports.
• Knowledge and applied experience of quantitative research methodologies and background in statistical analysis, ideally including longitudinal and hierarchical modeling; if prior statistical modeling experience is limited, demonstrated willingness to learn new statistical methods is key.
• Proficiency in software for quantitative analysis such as Stata or other packages; experience with computer programming and writing analysis code (e.g. .do files) for large and/or multiple datasets.
• Understanding of and experience with study design and the development of research protocols, including the use of different sampling procedures, survey design, and qualitative interview guides.
• Superior attention to detail in data analysis and documentation.
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written), especially when communicating about data. Proficient in editing. Ability to draft and contribute to manuscripts for peer-review in scientific journals with sharp attention to detail, appearance and accuracy while utilizing good analytical judgment. Experience translating research findings for a public audience preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with research ethics and the development and submission of protocols to Institutional Review Boards.
• Superior organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills including: interpersonal and problem-solving skills, reliable contribution, and enthusiasm for team work. Ability to efficiently work both independently and collaboratively with high attention to detail and follow-through; ability to prioritize and make decisions in a timely manner under competing priorities and multiple tasks.
• Openness to a variety of projects, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and flexible.
• Strong interest in participating in the Lab’s mission of advancing women’s leadership and creating inclusive organizations.
