Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience, preferably in the investment banking, real estate finance, or management consulting industries.
- A demonstrated career interest in real estate investment or development.
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation
- Strong technical/quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to execute complex financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and investment professionals.
- Proficiency required in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Argus strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and on a collaborative basis as part of a team.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and organizational skills.
- Team orientation and strong interest in supporting the work of a university endowment.
Location
The role is based in Redwood City, CA with the option to work a portion of the week remotely.
