Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Job is intermittently sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climb stairs,) to tour properties, regularly.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prepare materials for, and clearly and effectively communicate information to, internal and external audiences and client groups.
Demonstrated ability to take initative and ownership of projects.
Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task.
Strong communication skills, including ability to prepare materials for, and clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences and client groups.
Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems, and business applications such as Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Proficient with computers and the internet.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites required.

Certificates and Licenses:

Real estate license preferred

Physical Requirements:

Job is intermittently sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climb stairs,) to tour properties, regularly.
Job will require some repetitive motion of hands/wrists in using computer, etc.
Job may require some light lifting
