Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Job is intermittently sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climb stairs,) to tour properties, regularly.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prepare materials for, and clearly and effectively communicate information to, internal and external audiences and client groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initative and ownership of projects.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to prepare materials for, and clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences and client groups.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems, and business applications such as Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Proficient with computers and the internet.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites required.

Certificates and Licenses:


Real estate license preferred

Physical Requirements:
  • Job is intermittently sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climb stairs,) to tour properties, regularly.
  • Job will require some repetitive motion of hands/wrists in using computer, etc.
  • Job may require some light lifting
