Job qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma and six years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, prior student services experience a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and assign work to others.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
  • Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions.

You will be successful in this position if you:

  • have the willingness to develop or sharpen equity analysis and to apply equity principles,
  • are available to work some evenings and weekends, and
  • enjoy an open space work environment,
  • have excellent analysis and problem solving skills,
  • have an understanding of financial transactions.
