To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external constituents, and individuals from diverse communities and cultures, with a high degree of professionalism.

  • Strong proficiency with information technology, including Microsoft Office and ideally, with database systems such as Salesforce and Oracle.

  • Flexibility to work as part of a team or independently as needed.

  • Ability to work efficiently and under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative.

  • Good judgment, high energy, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor.

  • Knowledge of Stanford, higher education, and/or development highly desired.
