Program Manager

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

●       Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience. Advanced degrees may be required for some programs. For jobs with financial responsibilities, experience managing a budget and developing financial plans.

●       Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

o   Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.

o   Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization.

o   Ability to oversee and direct staff.

o   Basic knowledge of managing budgets and developing financial plans.

Preferred Education & Experience:

●        Masters degree in public health or equivalent degree

●        Experience working in the fields of early childhood development, education, public health, or healthcare

●        Experiencing managing a research project

●        Experience managing the development of an app or digital tool

●        Experience with the community of San Mateo

The expected pay range for this position is $76,000 to $126,000 per annum.
