To be successful in this position, you will bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Customer service knowledge with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skill, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, along with basic computer systems and technology experience.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with the ability to manage projects independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Can do attitude with the ability to problem solve using analysis and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and reviewing financial transactions.
  • Ability to learn and understand compliance with legal and university policies and external regulations.
  • Experience with international students or current veteran populations a plus.
