- At least 3 years of experience planning and executing online courses, workshops, or events.
Experience managing projects or programs with the ability to independently organize timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and move initiatives forward. - Strong website management skills, including experience maintaining program or educational websites.
- Experience designing graphics or multimedia content for digital channels and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Meta, Google, Cvent, WordPress, Qualtrics) to assess outreach effectiveness, program impact, and participant experience.
- Experience supporting academic programs or research initiatives, including familiarity with IRB processes, participant recruitment, or research data management.
- Experience supporting program evaluation, including collecting and interpreting participant feedback or outcomes data to inform program improvement.
- Experience coordinating projects across faculty, researchers, instructors, or external partners.
- Experience working with learning management systems or online learning platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a demonstrated commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and compassion in working with participants and colleagues.
- Interest in work related to compassion, human connection, well-being, or related fields aligned with CCARE’s mission.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
- High school diploma and six years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

- Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl.

The expected pay range for this position is $27.14 to $45.93 per hour.
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the university reasonably expects to pay for a position upon hire.
