DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Organized, energetic, self-motivated person who is a problem solver. Strong written and verbal communication are a must. Strong customer service skills and committed to ensuring a student experience of the highest possible quality. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Familiarity with Stanford systems a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Two year college degree and one year of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service skills.
- Basic office administration skills.
- Ability to learn compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently sit, perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Occasionally stand, walk, twist, use fine manipulation, grasp, use a telephone, write by hand, sort and file paperwork, lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Independently load and walk a cart containing supplies to and from buildings on the School of Medicine campus.
- Open and break down boxes, store contents, and assist in setup and takedown of workshop spaces.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to begin work by 8 a.m. on M/T/Th/F when classes are in session to resolve any day-of irregularities ahead of the first class session, escalating to faculty and/or other staff as needed.
